ATT is the WORST!

WOW!!! I cannot begin to explain how frustrated I am.
I have an iPhone and I have had it for over two years now. I have loved it until I moved to AZ...and it's not the phone that I have issues with...it's ATandT! ATandT has given us the WORST possible customer service. I work in the customer service industry, so I expect the same kind of service I provide my customers. When a corporation as big as ATandT cannot follow through with their promises, there are major issues. The customer is what pays their salaries, so you would think that customer service would be their #1 priority! All I have to say...is that when you are dealing with a 9 month pregnant woman...don't piss her off!!!
